Drug Free Workplace Programs

To help employers meet Federal requirements under the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988, ACT has a comprehensive set of programs. We provide training that will permit you to pursue federal contracts, operate CDL vehicles and transport personnel, pipe and toxic waste.

ACT’s standard program is a two-hour, mandated training program that companies operating CDL vehicles, bidding on federal contracts, transporting personnel and toxic waste & industrial pipe must complete. We also can specifically tailor any program to compliment your ongoing efforts relative to drug and alcohol prevention and any Drug Free Workplace steps you are already taking. We can also assist contractors who may face varying degrees of Drug Free Workplace requirements as they bid on projects at either the state or federal level, or for private employers who have strict Drug Free requirements.
