ACT has developed a unique niche in the
marketplace, developing programs and services to meet the
complex needs of industry groups and business associations.
Business associations are an excellent resource for small
businesses to pool resources for important  services
(such as employee health insurance coverage, workers’
compensation insurance, group discounts on business services,
etc.) and over the years, ACT has worked with a broad range
of business associations to create value-added EAP services
that offer a new benefit for the association, as well as
addressing the needs of those associations’ members.
Likewise, certain industries have common challenges among
their workforce base and many of them are – unfortunately
– overlooked by traditional HR resources providers.
ACT has worked in some of the “tougher” industries
such as Construction, Heavy Manufacturing, Agricultural
and Landscaping industries, as well as a unique insight
into the challenges facing America’s Veteran population.
