Training Programs
ACT has developed a full array of standard
training programs in a number of industries. ACT is also
ready to tailor any training program to meet the unique
needs of any employer or any industry. We can coordinate
with an employer’s existing health insurance program
to coordinate and maximize the efficiency of coverage. We
can also work closely with your job-site safety and loss
prevention staff and workers’ compensation insurance
carrier to help you get the most out of all your training.
Formal training protects company assets by holding trained
personnel accountable. Supervisory training prepares managers
to observe, identify, document and refer troubled personnel
to your Employee Assistance Program provider.
